All of Florida’s roof people

A roof in Florida works harder than a roof almost anywhere else: summer heat, daily storms, and the occasional hurricane. This category covers every major roofing system, in every direction the project can go, whether that’s patching a leak, restoring what you have, or replacing the whole thing and dealing with the insurance company along the way. Roofing is one of only two service lines we offer statewide, which puts our crews on roofs well beyond Central Florida and Tampa Bay.

You don’t have to know whether yours is a repair or a replacement. Tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll get eyes on it and give you a straight answer.

Why homeowners call us first

A roof is only as good as the paper behind it, so here’s ours. On BTR metal tile systems, workmanship is covered for 20 years non-prorated plus 40 years prorated, and materials are covered up to 60 years inland and 50 years coastal.

Permitted roofing work runs under our partner Sunflo Construction Services, a licensed Florida general contractor, CBC1265022, so the permit, the inspections and the licensed GC accountability all run through one partner.

One project manager stays with your roof from tear-off to final inspection, a second set of eyes checks the work before we call it done, and because roofing is one of only two lines we run statewide, that same process travels with us well past Central Florida and Tampa Bay.
