What we do
When a storm damages your home, you’re suddenly managing an insurance claim on top of a hole in your roof. Our job is to make the contractor side of that as solid as possible.
We inspect and document. Photos, measurements, and a written scope of the damage, put together by people who repair this stuff for a living.
We can be there for the inspection. When your insurance company sends an adjuster, ask us and we’ll do our best to be on site to walk the damage with them, answer technical questions, and make sure nothing gets missed.
We do the repairs. From a targeted roof repair to a full replacement, the same company that documented the damage completes the work. Permitted projects run under our two General Contractors on staff, with general liability and workers’ comp on every job.
We stand behind it. Our BTR metal tile roofing carries 20-year non-prorated plus 40-year prorated workmanship coverage, with material coverage up to 60 years inland and 50 years coastal. Other trades carry their own brand warranties. See our Warranty page.
Straight talk about our role
We are contractors, not public adjusters and not attorneys. That means:
What we can promise: honest documentation, a contractor who takes your inspection seriously, and repair work we’re willing to put our name and warranty on. In our experience, a clear scope and good photos do more for a claim than big talk ever has.
From damage to done
When repair isn’t enough
Sometimes the adjuster visit confirms what you suspected: the roof is done. We install shingle, tile, standing seam metal, metal tile (BTR Systems), and flat and low-slope systems, across Central Florida, Tampa Bay, and statewide for roofing.
Storms don’t just hit roofs
Wind and debris take out screen enclosures, gutters, soffit and fascia, windows, and doors too. Because all of those trades live under one roof here, one claim’s worth of damage can become one repair schedule instead of four contractors. Ask us to scope everything while we’re on site.
Insurance and claims FAQs
Are you public adjusters?
No, and we’ll never present ourselves that way. We’re the licensed, insured contractor in the process. If you choose to hire a public adjuster or attorney, we’ll work alongside them, but that hire is your call.
Should I file a claim?
That depends on your damage and your policy, and it’s genuinely your decision. What we can do is give you a clear, documented picture of the damage so you and your insurer are working from facts.
Can you fix the damage before the adjuster comes out?
If damage is active, protecting the home comes first, and we document everything before and during any emergency work so the record stays intact. For non-urgent repairs, it’s usually best to wait until your insurer has seen the damage.
Do you handle the whole project or just the roof?
The whole project. Roofing, gutters, screens, soffit and fascia, windows and doors, all under one project manager with single-point management.
