Why bundle
Hiring separate contractors for related projects means separate estimates, separate deposits, separate crews who’ve never met, and a driveway full of trucks that never seem to show up in the right order. The gutter guy blames the roofer, the roofer blames the weather, and you’re the one making the phone calls.
When the projects run through us, they run in the right order, under one project manager, with our two-layer quality control across all of it. Permitted work is supervised by our two General Contractors on staff, and every crew carries general liability and workers’ comp. One relationship, one standard, one guarantee.

Bundle FAQs
Does bundling change the price?
Every bundle is priced by scope, so the estimate depends on what’s on your list.
Do the projects have to happen at the same time?
No. Some bundles run back to back, others are phased over months to fit your budget and calendar. Your project manager builds the schedule around you.
What if one of my projects needs a permit?
We handle it. Permitted work runs under our two General Contractors on staff, and your project manager keeps the paperwork moving so it doesn’t stall the rest of the bundle.
Can I add a project mid-bundle?
Usually, yes. Tell your project manager and we’ll re-sequence the schedule. It’s a lot easier to add a project to a running job than to start over with a new contractor.
