What counts as an emergency

If any of these are happening, call first. Don’t wait on a form.

Storm and hurricane damage. Wind or debris damage to your roof, screens, gutters, windows, or structures.

Active leaks. Water coming through the roof, around windows or doors, or anywhere it shouldn’t be.

Fallen or collapsed enclosures. A pool cage or screen structure that’s come down, fully or partially.

Anything unsafe. Hanging gutters or panels, damaged framing, or structural damage you’re not sure about.

I used this company a few years ago. I then experienced 2 hurricanes. Not one screen came out. So I hired them again to replace a screen door, fix several pool and screen door screens and an intricate framing around a pipe that goes from inside my screen room to outside.
