Licensing & Insurance

Licensed, insured, and happy to prove it

Before you let any contractor on your property, check two things: their insurance and their license. Here are ours.

Insurance on every project

Every Rogue Works project carries both general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. No exceptions, no “just this small job.”

Why both matter: general liability protects your property if something goes wrong on the job. Workers’ comp protects you from liability if a worker is injured on your property. A contractor missing either one is quietly handing that risk to you. Certificates of insurance are available on request, and commercial clients can self-serve current COI and W-9 documents from our vendor documents page.

Licensed general contracting

Permitted build projects (pool enclosures, sunrooms, structural work, roofing, and similar) are performed under licensed Florida general contracting through our partner Sunflo Construction Services, Florida license CBC1265022. You can verify that license anytime through the Florida DBPR license search.

On our side of the table, two General Contractors on staff manage permitted projects day to day, so the license on the paperwork matches real oversight on your job site.

What this means when you hire us

  • Permits get pulled when the work requires them. No “we can skip the permit to save time.”
  • If anything goes wrong on your property, insurance responds. Not your homeowner’s policy, and not your wallet.
  • Inspections happen and pass before we call a permitted project done.
